RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer 30 days’ return policy to our valued customer: (Term and condition apply)
Our 30 days’ return policy only cover manufacturing defects and claim should only be made if the item is in its original condition with label intact, Unworn and Unused.
If you bought multiple products e.g. a suit which is combination of two products (Jacket and Trouser) and you noticed one of the item is damaged, then you can only exchange the faulty item. (Return item should be in its original condition with label intact, Unworn and Unused)
The 30 days’ warranty doesn't cover the damage caused by the user, Wear and Tear and the rough or misuse of the product.
According to “The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013” you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving product, but the item should be in its original condition, not assembled, Unworn and Unused.
Buyer is responsible for the postage to returning an item/s for refund. The Postage and packaging cost £3.49 will be deducted from the refund amount. (Accept if it’s our mistake) For exchange an item there is a postage cost of £3 which buyer should pay in order to get replacement item dispatched.
If buyer wants to exchange the item, then buyer must pay both side of postage.
All waterproof claim must be made within 30 days of receiving goods.
Please check the item thoroughly before start using it. Once you start using the item then we will not accept any damage claim.
We do not offer collection service to returning an item/s. If buyer want to return the item then buyer is responsible to post it. We do not accept any claim if buyer breached the term and conditions.
